When You Addicted To Your Favorite Foods..
From our ancient father until our generation, everyone always have different favorite foods. In example, my friend loved to eat burger, I loved chickens. My brother loved steak, and his wife loved veggies. We are different each other, with different activities, and different talent. In overall, we are unique each other and it affected what we like to eat.
One ironic thing is sometimes our favorite food is very unhealthy. Commercial break in television often tell us how delicious their products are. Sadly, we often didn t care about what the nutrition inside those foods and we only care how delicious it is. When we eat it and we liked it, we can get addicted to it. Food addiction sometimes can become very dangerous because you will always eat it several times a week. Maybe 4-5 times a week and I don t think it can bring any good to you in the end.
When we feel hungry, we will look for our favorite snacks. Sometimes we only want to eat one kind of food. I don t know the logic reason for this, but one thing for sure, we eat it because we it is our favorite foods. Eating favorite foods 1-2 times a week is not a big problem, but it can be that big if you eating them 4-5 times (even more) a week and your favorite food is a kind of unhealthy/junk foods. This bad habit can also turn you to be addicted to those foods.
Some people always eat foods when they are in stress condition and sadly, their habit is addicted to their favorite foods. So you will know what will they do when they are stressful, they will eat foods, and it will give them nothing but problems. Sure, they won t get hurt if they loved to eat apple, veggies, and another healthy snacks but most people didn t count those healthy foods as part of their favorite foods. So it will take time for you and everyone to stop this habit. When you stressed, do not beat your stress with foods.
Several foods can be very addictive for several people. You should be aware of sugar, caffeine, carbs, etc. Maybe this is not as dangerous as alcohol but still, you need to be careful. Let s take an example, sugar and caffeine.
Sugar : In modern days, sugar is one of the basic ingredients in most labeled drink products. We all know almost all kind of labeled drinks used sugar. Maybe only mineral water and several healthy juice who didn t use any kind of sugar inside them. Not only drinks, snacks usually also full of sugar. Chocolates and candies are two examples. When you addicted to chocolates, sodas, etc, it means you are addicted to eat sugar. You know the danger of sugar, don t you?
Caffeine: Yes most people loved to drink coffee in their home before they go to work. To everyone who is very addictive to coffee, this could be a bad signal. If you drink a cup of coffee every day, it would not harm you. But when you drink more than usual, you should be careful. And one more, if you loved to always drink coffee every day, don t eat any kind of foods with caffeine inside them.
So in overall, we need to always control what we eat and what we drink. Beside unhealthy, this habit can also affect our weight. Addictions to food could be dangerous so we need to always discipline in our life.
